STEP THREE: WE ATTEMPT YOUR CASE
We receive your documents and payment, and begin working your case according to the level of service you have requested. We make every effort to verify the address as valid on the first attempt, by speaking to neighbours, obtaining registration information for vehicles present at the location, or using other means. All of our efforts are documented in detail in our database, and will be provided on an affidavit or return of service. Once we complete service, find the address to be bad, or complete four attempts, you will be notified via e-mail.
STEP FOUR: RETURN OF SERVICE
Once service is complete, we will complete a proper affidavit or return of service, and furnish it to you. If you wish, we can send you an electronic copy prior to sending the original hardcopy to you.
